If you haven’t heard, we are coming to Star Wars Celebration Orlando! We hope to meet as many of our listeners there as possible. Please don’t hesitate to tweet at us (either @skytalkerspod or @crerrity or @caitlinplesher) to track us down. We will be all over the floor and lining up for a bunch of panels with the rest of you, and we can’t wait to meet you all.

Also, we will be in-tow with some giveaways. We designed and made some very special vinyl stickers for our listeners. If you end up seeing us, here are the designs! We are very excited about this:

Hopefully we can offer some of these designs in some sort of store post-Celebration.

In terms of content, we will be over on the Assembly of Geeks podcast feed offering some news updates and talking about whatever Lucasfilm throws at us. We will be back post Celebration–the week of April 17th–with a brand new discussion episode on, potentially, the Last Jedi trailer. Stay tuned for an update on that.

In case you missed it over on Twitter, we are so excited about to recent decision to join the Assembly of Geeks Podcast Network!

So what does this mean? It means more shows, guests, and Star Wars-based content for the Skytalkers podcast.

We’ve worked hard to restructure our podcast to an easier-to-listen format, by divided our discussion-based podcasts into three distinct sections for each episode. We were inspired by the wildly popular This American Life program and have followed their model going forward with our podcast. Each episode will be a comprehensive, three-part discussion about Star Wars films, stories, canon, and characters. We’re excited to discuss what it means to live This Galactic Life–hence the name change to Skytalkers: This Galactic Life.

The best part is that Skytalkers: This Galactic Life will be uploading a new show every other Saturday! Look out for our next show on March 4th, where we will be discussing each Star Wars trilogy!

Is it plural? Why isn’t it “The Last of the Jedi”? Our hosts get a little feisty and ranty, so strap in for a chatty discussion on theories.
