DIY Frozen Blue and Green Milk Recipe from Star Wars Galaxy’s Edge

For basically the entire month of March, Caitlin and I decided to join each other’s pods and quarantine together after a lot of loneliness. Missing Disney Parks and trying to live life like we’re on vacation, we decided to make a couple of variations of at-home versions of everyone’s favorite Batuu drinks: Blue and Green Milk.  We were so excited to find these spacey glasses at a local thrift store – they remind us of Dryden’s yacht in Solo!

Some notes: Both of these are delicious (even without the alcohol), but both are not a one-to-one recreation of the Galaxy’s Edge version – if you have a favorite recipe that comes close to the Parks version, let us know! The green milk version is an adaptation of this version a listener sent us. We decided to use oat milk since, one, we love oat milk and, two, the Batuu version is a vegan and used rice milk; oat milk allows it to be creamy.

Let us know if you make these Galaxy’s Edge-inspired drinks!

Star Wars Marathon: Nesting Viewing Order

Caitlin and Charlotte try a different viewing order for the Skywalker Saga, the Nesting or Matryoshka Viewing Order (as we’ve named it). Here’s the order: Start with The Force Awakens, then The Last Jedi, A New Hope, Empire Strikes Back, The Phantom Menace, Attack of the Clones, Revenge of the Sith, Return of the Jedi, and, finally, The Rise of Skywalker. We go through each important transition and discuss why we loved this order and what interesting things we noticed. All this and more on this episode of Skytalkers!
